Ticket and Event Policies


Who can reserve tickets?

Tickets are open to ALL undergraduate (part-time and full-time) students. Faculty, staff, and graduate students cannot purchase tickets unless otherwise noted. Students must reserve a ticket in advance of the event.

Tickets are usually one per ID unless otherwise noted. Students can only purchase one ticket with their ID. ID’s will be matched to the name of the guest at the start of each ticketed event.

Can I return my ticket if I can no longer go or purchased it by mistake?

Unfortunately, we do not process refunds.

If you can no longer attend an event you have a ticket for, you can transfer your ticket to another Drexel Student by emailing cab@drexel.edu with their Name, Drexel email and phone number.

The ticket transfer window closes 48 hours before the event. Requests made less than 48 hours prior to the event will not be accommodated.

HOW DO I reserve a ticket?

Tickets are sold either online or in the office.

At the office, students must present their valid undergraduate ID at time of purchase to receive ticket(s). For online sales, please refer to the main ticketing page for the store link.

Am I required to travel with CAB to and from off-campus events?

Yes. Due to Drexel Policy all students are required to travel with CAB to and from off-campus events.

Can i buy a ticket for a friend?

It is against Drexel University policy to be in possession of another student’s ID for any reason, and as such you are allowed to buy tickets only for yourself. This rule is valid for both online and office ticket sales. Students with an expired DragonCard will need to first report to the DragonCard office to receive a new sticker.
