Can I get a ticket for a friend?

For most events, students may only reserve one ticket per ID. However, if you or another student can come in your friend’s place, you may reserve the ticket under the name of a student not attending and then transfer the ticket to your friend.

How do I transfer a ticket?

You may transfer a ticket by emailing drexelcab.marketing@gmail.com or by messaging us on Facebook. Please make sure to include the recipient’s full name, Drexel email (abc123), and phone number. They MUST be a current Drexel undergraduate. Once the event is 48 hours away or less, we cannot accept any ticket transfers. CAB is not responsible for ticket transfers after this deadline for safety reasons and is not required to honor any requests after this deadline.

Who can reserve tickets?

Tickets are open to ALL undergraduate (part-time and full-time) students. Faculty, staff, and graduate students cannot purchase tickets unless otherwise noted. Students must reserve a ticket in advance of the event.

HOW DO I reserve a ticket?

At the office, students must present their own valid undergraduate ID at time of purchase to receive ticket(s). It is against Drexel University policy to hold another student’s ID for any reason. Students with an expired DragonCard will need to first report to the DragonCard office to receive a new sticker.

Can I return my ticket if I can no longer go?

Unfortunately, we can not accept refunds. However, if you can no longer attend an event you have a ticket for, you can transfer your ticket to someone else.
