EXECUTIVE BOARD

President - Jarret Del Rossi Jarret Del Rossi is a Senior majoring in biological sciences and minoring in psychology. He joined the Campus Activities Board Spring term of 2014 as part of the Traditions committee. From there he moved on to being the Secretary for the board. His love for event planning and need for a creative outlet sparked his interest in CAB. When Jarret thinks about his time on CAB he states, “It is a lot of work, but I have some incredible memories and met amazing friends. This organization is worth all the time and effort.”

Vide President - Dominick Arp Dominick Arp is a marketing and business analytics major currently in his junior year. As a member of CAB he has worked tirelessly to promote positive growth through creative public relations. Currently, in addition to his role as VP of CAB, he is President of the Junior Class, Marketing Chair of the Philosophy Club, a Student Ambassador, and VP of the Drexel Football Team. Dominick Arp is a marketing and business analytics major currently in his junior year. As a member of CAB he has worked tirelessly to promote positive growth through creative public relations. Treasurer - Jared Edelstein Jared Edelstein is a Pre-Junior majoring in finance and business analytics. He joined the Campus Activities Board during the Spring term of 2015 and was a member of the Special Events committee, planning trips to Six Flags, the Flyers, Blue Mountain, and Hersheypark. Jared is also a part of the Drexel University Student Ambassador Program, Drexel Ski/Snowboard Club, and the  Business Learning Community Legacy Program.

Secretary - Lauren Ambrus Lauren Ambrus is super excited to be the Campus Activities Board's Secretary for the 2016-2017 year! She is a pre-junior in the LeBow College of Business, studying Marketing and Business Analytics, with a Criminal Justice minor. Lauren describes CAB as, “an amazing organization to be a part of and it has allowed me to get involved on campus in ways that I could have never imagined.” Besides CAB, the Student Ambassador Program, The Drexel Triangle, Drexel Women in Business, and the Honors Program keep Lauren busy and involved around campus and the surrounding community.   

Secretary - Lauren Ambrus

Lauren Ambrus is super excited to be the Campus Activities Board's Secretary for the 2016-2017 year! She is a pre-junior in the LeBow College of Business, studying Marketing and Business Analytics, with a Criminal Justice minor. Lauren describes CAB as, “an amazing organization to be a part of and it has allowed me to get involved on campus in ways that I could have never imagined.” Besides CAB, the Student Ambassador Program, The Drexel Triangle, Drexel Women in Business, and the Honors Program keep Lauren busy and involved around campus and the surrounding community. 

 

Director of Traditions - Sam DiFabio Sam is a senior Entertainment and Arts Management student concentrating in Performing Arts.  She has been a member of the Campus Activities Board since her freshman year and has served as a member on the Performing and Fine Arts and Traditions Committees.  At Drexel, Sam is involved in Greek life and is currently reprising her role as her sorority's Special Events Coordinator.  She hopes to one day work in the world of arts and entertainment as a music venue manager, large-scale event planner, or museum exhibit curator.

Sam is a senior Entertainment and Arts Management student concentrating in Performing Arts.  She has been a member of the Campus Activities Board since her freshman year and has served as a member on the Performing and Fine Arts and Traditions Committees.  At Drexel, Sam is involved in Greek life and is currently reprising her role as her sorority's Special Events Coordinator.  She hopes to one day work in the world of arts and entertainment as a music venue manager, large-scale event planner, or museum exhibit curator.  

Director of Culture & Discovery - Ali Malick Ali Malick is a Junior majoring in Civil Engineering in the 5-year co-op program.  He joined the Campus Activities Board his pre-junior year as part of the Lectures and Diversity Committee, and is now the Director of the Cultures and Discovery Committee.  Ali is interested in organizing cultural events on campus and bringing students from all backgrounds together to create a more cohesive student body.  He is involved in several other student organizations, including the Pakistani Students Association, which he helped found.    

Director of Culture & Discovery - Ali Malick

Ali Malick is a Junior majoring in Civil Engineering in the 5-year co-op program.  He joined the Campus Activities Board his pre-junior year as part of the Lectures and Diversity Committee, and is now the Director of the Cultures and Discovery Committee.  Ali is interested in organizing cultural events on campus and bringing students from all backgrounds together to create a more cohesive student body.  He is involved in several other student organizations, including the Pakistani Students Association, which he helped found.  

 

Director of Performing & Fine Arts - Jenna Monid Jenna Monid is a Sophomore marketing major with a minor in Fine Art. She joined the Campus Activities Board Fall term of 2015 as part of the Performing and Fine Arts committee. Her love for all things creative drove her to CAB, where she can put her creative energy towards event planning and generating new ideas for the organization. Jenna is pleased to announce she will be the Performing and Fine Arts Director on the 2016/2017 Executive Board.

Director of Special Events - Janett Angel Janett Angel is the Special Events Director for the Campus Activities Board. She is a Pre-Junior in the nursing program. Janett joined CAB in the Spring of 2015 where she planned events for the Special Events committee such as Puppy Pawlooza, cooking classes, and the Spring Jam Carnival. Janett states, “When I first joined CAB, it was overwhelming with understanding the in’s and out’s of how this complex organization works. Once I felt comfortable planning massive events for the student body, I found myself wanting to do more with CAB.”

His hobbies include running, producing music, and planning events with CAB. He joined the Campus Activities Board Spring term of 2014 to work on PR and videos for our events. The following year, CJ switched to the Traditions committee where he worked on the Ancient Adventure theme for Crystal Ball and helped build partnerships for Spring Jam. He is excited to work with other organizations this year to bring the campus together for bigger and more inclusive events.
